All of our clip-in extensions are considered FINAL SALE products due to hygienic reasons & federal health regulations. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Modify at your own risk, after the hair has been altered, we can no longer guarantee its quality. We provide quality assurance measures to inspect our products prior to it’s sale. Colors may appear slightly different in pictures online then in person. We provide color matching services for an additional charge.
